Operations Supervisor CO2

Kinder Morgan CO2 Company is currently seeking an Operations Supervisor for the SACROC Gas Processing Facilities in Snyder, TX. The successful candidate will serve a vital role in maintaining the safe and efficient operations of the plant facilities. The SACROC Gas Processing facilities employ a multitude of processes which include over 300,000hp of compression, gas dehydration facilities, NGL Recovery facilities, and CO2 membranes. The SACROC Gas Processing Facility is a PSM Facility. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for general oversight of all plant operations including the direct supervision of Plant Process Operators. Duties include: Oversee plant processing operationsTroubleshoot process upsetsOptimize NGL processesOperator schedulingAssist in maintaining compliance with Process Safety Management (PSM) which includes but not limited to the following:Review and prepare operating proceduresPrepare and review Management of Change documentationParticipate in Process Hazard Analyzes (PHA?s)Perform cost tracking and cost optimization of plant processesCollaborate with operations and maintenance personnel to solve technical problemsAid with the development of improvement projectsReview of department AFE?sEvaluation of company and contractor safety practices and performanceEnsure ongoing training and development of employeesParticipation in emergency response roles and trainingParticipation in on-call rotation during the week and during weekendsMust be able to respond to field or plant emergencies within 30 minutes when on callRequired to carry a company provided cell phone, and be available to respond during working and non-working hoursRecognize and promote ideas that provide safer, more efficient and cost effective operation, making sure that operating costs are consistent with budgetary constraints.Support and work with outside groups such as process engineering, project engineering, and the Operations Excellence team on safety, optimization, and expansion initiatives.Assist in planning and scheduling facility shutdowns/turnaroundsDevelopment of shutdown timelinesDevelopment of Lockout/Tag out plansOperator scheduling
Position Requirements
7-10 years? experience in oil and gas operationsProficient with Microsoft Office SoftwarePrevious experience with gas processing practices and proceduresAbility to interact, lead, and motivate employeesStrong background in safe work practices and active participation in safety programSelf-starter and high drive for resultsAbility to handle multiple tasksStrong communication skillsStrong prioritization and planning skillsMust have a valid drivers license Preferred ExperiencePrevious facility operations experiencePrevious supervisory experienceKnowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM)Knowledge of safe work practices Education RequiredHigh School Diploma Education PreferredBachelor?s Degree

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
